DESIGN CERTIFICATION
To complement the Consulting Design Engineers services, Spaceframe has in-house CAD modelling capability, using the latest Solid Modeling mechanical design software, considered the industry gold-standard CAD software, combined with over 20 plus years design and engineering experience. This enables us to not only create bespoke structures, but allows us to collaborate efficiently on design, engineering and compliance, greatly assisting production. Concepts are fully modelled in the virtual environment to ensure all aspects of the design, feel and function are acheived. Once the design is approved, electronic fabrication files can be efficiently output to our partner fabricators via their computer aided manufacturing equipment, where laser cutting tables and machine centres produce the pattern element for fabrication with pin-point accuracy. This ‘value engineering’ approach saves time, is extremely cost efficient and creates better results for our clients.

The additional benefits of full CAD modelling are also realised in the fulfilment of engineering drawings, load calculations, compliance submissions, installation specifications and concept renders. It also provides an accurate project repository for future additions, programmed service, warranty information and reporting.
