Heretaunga Intermediate, with its generous natural grass fields, cricket pitch, artificial hockey field, Softball Dimond and two sealed basketball courts…it’s enough to make any intermediate Principal green with envy! Let alone the fact the school is situated in the beautiful and sunny Hawke’s Bay. So as you might appreciate, a covered shade canopy to cover the basketball courts was a high priority for the school. The goal has now being turned into a reality, with the addition of a substantial 32x32m Spaceframe delivered canopy. So now you can be even more envious of Heretaunga Intermediate – or simply in awe!

Eskdale School is a quintessential country school which has served it’s community for over 150 years. With a rich history and almost destroyed by fire in the ’70s the school has not only endured but thrived and this sort of determination and school spirit had enabled the school of only a few hundred to achieve greatness. To continue the success, the school principal, board of trustees and supportive and tightknit community want the best for the students and the addition of a canopy for their single netball courts. To not only provide shade from the sun and shelter from the rain for sport but has created an outdoor learning area that can be used all year round. Spaceframe are grateful we could deliver a canopy to the school, that will serve the students, community and school to their next milestone and beyond.
